February Presentation: Working with the Tribes

Come and learn about how the Indian Child Welfare Act impacts resource families when they are caring for children from a tribe. Hayley Carroll, an Indian Child Welfare Supervisor with the Choctaw Nation, will share how we can be culturally responsive when caring for children and youth with tribal heritage.

Training Credit

Parents in attendance will earn 2 hours of in-service training credit toward your annual 12-hour requirement. Come connect and learn with other  kinship, foster, and adoptive families in Bryan, Noble, Atoka, and surrounding counties.
