Seth Osborn, MA
Senior Program Development Specialist, NRCYS
Seth has worked primarily in residential care settings for children and youth in direct, supervisory, and case management roles, as well as in research settings with Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Food and Drug Administration. He supervises the Trauma Informed Care Project, through which he provides training and consulting in Oklahoma relating to trauma responsive care, youth development, crisis prevention, and staff development. Seth holds a master degree in organizational psychology from The University of Oklahoma.

Chelsea Hewitt, MA
Program Development Specialist I, National Resource Center for Youth Services
Chelsea brings a wealth of experience related to sexual health programming and working with vulnerable youth in school, community, and residential settings to NRCYS. She is passionate about issues related to health and well-being and uses her knowledge and talents to provide training and consulting services to providers across Oklahoma through the Trauma Informed Care Project. In addition, she facilitates a variety of trainings—both locally and nationally—related to residential care practice, youth development, and trauma responsive care. Chelsea earned a master degree in health studies from the University of Alabama.

Radhika Cruz, MA
Program Development Specialist I, National Resource Center for Youth Services
Radhika has served children and families involved with child welfare and faith-based organizations as a child welfare professional and child/family program director. She is extremely passionate about building family strengths and promoting resilience in others by strengthening emotional intelligence abilities and fostering growth mindsets. As part of the Trauma Informed Care Project, Radhika facilitates training on crisis management, residential youth care practice, emotional intelligence, and trauma responsive care to providers and agencies across the state. Radhika earned her master degree in human development and family studies from Kent State University in Ohio.

Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) utilizes a holistic approach to crisis management for residential care. In this five-day course, participants will review the MAB curriculum and will practice training segments of the workshop. In order to become a certified trainer, participants must attend all 5 days and complete a training exam.
