Managing Aggressive Behavior TCC
Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) utilizes a holistic approach to crisis management for residential care. In this five-day course, participants will review the MAB curriculum and will practice training segments of the workshop. In order to become a certified trainer, participants must attend all 5 days and complete a training exam.

START Training of Trainers
START is an introduction to trauma responsive care for Youth Care Professionals and their supervisors based on the O.P.E.N. framework of being Observable and Transparent, Professional, Engaged, and Needs Focused. During this training of trainers, participants will learn how to facilitate this curriculum and will practice doing so in a strengths-based setting.

Using Games and Activities
Survivors of trauma need experiences that promote learning healthy knowledge, skills, and attitudes. In this workshop, participants will explore the experiential learning cycle, as well as how to choose, facilitate, and evaluate developmentally appropriate games and activities.
