The five-day Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) Trainer Certification Course prepares your designated agency staff to facilitate our nationally recognized crisis management training program. Managing Aggressive Behavior uses experiential and social learning methods to strengthen your employees' competencies related to crisis prevention and intervention. Our program prepares your organization to apply a trauma responsive, behavior support approach to working with individuals before and during a crisis as well as promoting their growth and recovery after a crisis has passed.
- Experience in working directly with children, youth, and families, either currently or in the past is highly recommended.
- Being athletic is not required; however, some agility is necessary. Persons with serious physical limitations should contact NRCYS directly if they have special training needs or concerns. Participants should dress in casual clothing, including athletic-type shoes.
