Radhika has served children and families involved with child welfare and faith-based organizations as a child welfare professional and child/family program director. She is extremely passionate about building family strengths and promoting resilience in others by strengthening emotional intelligence abilities and fostering growth mindsets. As part of the Trauma Informed Care Project, Radhika facilitates training on crisis management, residential youth care practice, emotional intelligence, and trauma responsive care to providers and agencies across the state. Radhika earned her master degree in human development and family studies from Kent State University in Ohio.

Seth Osborn, MA
Senior Program Development Specialist, NRCYS
Seth has worked primarily in residential care settings for children and youth in direct, supervisory, and case management roles, as well as in research settings with Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Food and Drug Administration. He supervises the Trauma Informed Care Project, through which he provides training and consulting in Oklahoma relating to trauma responsive care, youth development, crisis prevention, and staff development. Seth holds a master degree in organizational psychology from The University of Oklahoma.

START is an introduction to trauma responsive care for Youth Care Professionals and their supervisors based on the O.P.E.N. framework of being Observable and Transparent, Professional, Engaged, and Needs Focused. During this training of trainers, participants will learn how to facilitate this curriculum and will practice doing so in a strengths-based setting.
