The Power of Play is an interactive training that uses games, hands-on activities, and teamwork to make learning fun and meaningful. We will explore ways on how to choose, plan, and process games and activities that support growth. Based on Kolb’s learning cycle, this training focuses on learning by doing and reflecting.

What You'll Gain:

  • Make a Difference: See how playful, purposeful activities can strengthen communities and create positive change.
  • Build Everyday Skills: Staff will learn fun, hands-on ways to improve communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership—skills they can use every day with youth.
  • Improve Program Quality: Through experiential learning and intentional activity planning, staff will be better prepared to lead meaningful activity-based programs that truly impact youth.

Investing in this training means investing in a more capable, motivated, and impactful team. Get ready to play, learn, and grow! Game On!
