Chelsea brings a wealth of experience related to sexual health programming and working with vulnerable youth in school, community, and residential settings to NRCYS. She is passionate about issues related to health and well-being and uses her knowledge and talents to provide training and consulting services to providers across Oklahoma through the Trauma Informed Care Project. In addition, she facilitates a variety of trainings—both locally and nationally—related to residential care practice, youth development, and trauma responsive care. Chelsea earned a master degree in health studies from the University of Alabama.

Edgar O'Neal, BS
Senior Program Development Specialist , NRCYS
Edgar has extensive experience in talent and event management and currently oversees event and outreach projects for the OKSA program such as the Oklahoma Teen Conference, professional development training, and life skills development events. He has a passion for helping child welfare workers improve their work with transition-aged youth. Edgar has direct and supervisory experience in both child welfare investigations and permanency planning. Edgar holds a bachelor degree in entertainment business from Full Sail University in Winterpark, Florida.
