Pre-Service Trainings for Region 4

The Resource Family Training Program conducts a pre-service training program for all new Bridge Resource Parents – foster, kinship and adoptive families – who want to provide home-based care to children in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. This pre-service program, utilizing the Guiding Principles for Oklahoma Bridge Resource Families curriculum, is a 27-hour, 9-session workshop which is offered throughout the year and in many locations around the state.
