In this session, participants will learn about the three basic tenets of the Science of Hope and how this framework leads to goal achievement and improved outcomes for those who use it. Participants will also be informed on how the Science of Hope is being implemented in Oklahoma state agencies and other organizations. In addition, participants will learn the process of hope by engaging in hope-centered goal setting, pathways thinking, and how to manage your willpower in pursuing goals.
Parents in attendance will earn 1 hour of in-service training credit toward their annual 12-hour requirement.
