Canadian and International Orders
All Canadian and other international orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or wire transfer. Do not send checks or currency.
Discount Policy
Some products are eligible for a price break based on the quantity purchased. Price breaks will be listed in the catalog under the product’s description page.
Shipments
Shipments are sent UPS Ground. Special handling on rush delivery requests will require additional postage and handling charges.
Return Policy
Full refunds will be issued within 45 days of purchase. Other restrictions may apply.
To return an item, mail postpaid by trackable carrier, all components intact, and in resalable condition, along with a copy of the invoice, marked CANCEL, to NRCYS, Attn: Returns, 4502 E. 41st St., Building 4W-2, Tulsa, OK 74135-2512. If item was prepaid, refund will be issued according to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns. Damaged items must be returned within one month.
