The five-day Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) Trainer Certification Course prepares your designated agency staff to facilitate our nationally recognized crisis management training program. Managing Aggressive Behavior uses experiential and social learning methods to strengthens your employees' competencies related to crisis prevention and intervention. Our program prepares your organization to apply a trauma responsive, behavior support approach to working with individuals before and during a crisis as well as promoting their growth and recovery after a crisis has passed.
