RCYCP Trainer Certification Course

Virtual Course
This course will prepare trainers to provide the Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Certification training to youth care staff. RCYCP provides staff with a common knowledge base and philosophy grounded in five core principles for working with children and youth.
Pre-Training Meeting
The Pre-Training Meeting is required for participants. One week before the first training session, participants will meet their trainers, receive pre-work assignments, and discuss expectations for the training.
These sessions will be highly interactive. This training is not a webinar. To receive credit for this workshop, each participant must have their own device (tablet or computer), with the camera turned on and their face visible for the duration of the session. Participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
