This engaging and restorative session invites case managers and foster parents to pause from the constant demands of caregiving and reconnect with their sense of purpose and well being. Together, we'll explore the unique pressures that come with supporting children and families, including compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and ongoing emotional strain, through hands on activities, real life scenarios, and open conversation. Participants will learn to recognize early signs of burnout, challenge the common belief that they must always "push through," and discover what genuinely restores emotional energy. We will practice boundary setting strategies that promote healthier workloads, clearer communication, and stronger relationships with the children, families, and teams you support.

Expect movement, meaningful discussion, shared insight, and practical tools that help you continue your work with clarity and resilience, while protecting your own balance and sustainability.
