"Freedom to Fail: Discipline Re-imagined" promotes a compassionate, needs-based approach to discipline that encourages growth through supportive relationships and meaningful consequences. This course empowers participants to foster resilience and success by rethinking how we guide and support youth. Attendees will have a day of thoughtful discussion and activities to better understand youth and adult collaboration, leaving with practical tools to help youth plan their success.

This event is open to resource parents, child welfare specialists, and youth care professionals from all contracts. The training is most relevant to supportive adults for adolescents and teens ages 9-18. The workshop will focus on adapted sections from RCYCP training to assist youth with their growth and development.
