This workshop presents a strengths-based approach to effective relationship building with teenagers and young adults impacted by trauma. With an emphasis on building effective communication skills, this course will explore environmental factors that influence relationship-building. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how a strengths-based approach to collaborative youth and adult partnership improves youth well-being. Attendees will have a day of thoughtful discussion and activities to better understand youth and adult collaboration, leaving with practical tools to help youth plan their success.
