Professionals in high-stress, service-oriented roles often absorb the emotional weight of those they serve. Over time, this exposure—known as vicarious trauma—can quietly impact your well-being, relationships, and team dynamics. This session offers practical, trauma-informed tools to help you recognize and manage that impact—both personally and organizationally.

Participants Will Learn To:

  • Spot the Signs Early – Learn how vicarious trauma shows up and why awareness is key.
  • Strengthen Your Resilience – Discover strategies to protect your emotional health and stay grounded.
  • Build a Culture of Care – Explore ways to support your team and foster a trauma-informed workplace.
