This interactive training is designed to help leaders and teams explore how personal and collective trauma can shape leadership styles, influence decision-making, and impact team culture. Explore how both personal and collective trauma, when unresolved or unacknowledged, can unconsciously shape leadership tendencies, communication styles, boundary dynamics, and team engagement. Participants will examine how trauma responses can emerge in leadership and team collaboration dynamics under stress. Through guided reflection, skill-building exercises, and scenario-based discussion, leaders will learn how to recognize their own trauma imprints, reframe triggers, and build systems that promote safety, trust, and emotional regulation within teams. This session offers a framework for trauma-literate leadership and teamwork, helping professionals shift from reactive to restorative influence.
Core Objectives:
- Understand how unprocessed trauma can shape tendencies and performance
- Learn how to lead traumatized teams with structure, sensitivity, and strength
- Shift from reaction-based leadership to Intentional restored influence
- Lead and collaborate from wholeness, not wounding
This training is specifically designed for directors, supervisors, managers, or anyone who leads a team of people.
