Miller and Rollnick’s Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, strengths-based, guided conversation method that helps create the space needed to promote and sustain an individual’s intrinsic motivation to change. This experiential workshop provides opportunities to learn and practice the underlying principles and core conversation skills needed to incorporate Motivational Interviewing into your daily interactions with young people and create an engaging relational space.
