Direct to work is getting you to work as quickly as you are needing it, community partners in this pathway specialize in speedy job placement with minimal experience needed. Employers are looking for motivated employees who can begin work typically within two weeks. Our employer partners receive support from the OKSA program in the form of specialized training and technical assistance.
